This blog is dedicated to the most talented actor to ever walk the earth :) From fighting drones in Starwars as Han Solo, to kicking ass with only a gun and whip for protection as the brave and extraordinary Indiana Jones, Harrison Ford has done it all. His presence lights up every room he enters and he's never afraid of showing his true self. He's truly a legend and a hero and he always will be ♥

HARRISON FORD 10 DAY CHALLENGE || DAY 7: Favorite Movie Character
Linus Larrabee // “Sabrina” (1995)
Before anyone makes a connection because my name is really Sabrina—stop trying to make a connection.
I chose Linus Larrabee as my favorite Ford Movie Character because everyone always picks Han Solo or Indiana Jones (the standard in the Ford fanbase).
Linus is someone I can identify with. Sometimes I think I identify with him more than I identify with Sabrina. Actually, more than ‘sometimes’.
He is the responsible one—being the eldest brother and with his father gone, he serves as the head of the family business (alongside his mother), and has to deal with a womanizing younger brother who basically just rides on the coattails of the family business.
He has a seriousness to him that makes him wonderful at what he does throughout the business world, but he isn’t happy just because he’s got all of that money. He’s a lonely person—and not by choice, but by the path he chose to follow. He’s taking care of business—he’s protecting what his parents created for him and his brother. He feels a certain obligation to do what is generally seen as being right—often times forgetting his own wants, needs, and goals in life.
Linus also has a sense of humor. It’s a dry sense of humor of course—what other sense of humor would come along with a man like that?
He’s just wonderful. He’s a 1990s business man in his early 40s and he dresses in suits and bow-ties. Every so often he’ll be spotted in a cardigan—but pay close attention because I believe he only sports it once during the entire movie.
I love Linus Larrabee. He’s my man!
“Here? Lousy. So far, I’m more affected than she is. I damn near cried twice.”-Linus Larrabee
(to his mother over the phone about, Sabrina)
PS: did i mention his GLASSES?!
